HERMISTON -- A Family Health & Fitness Day is set from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. today at Hermiston High School, 600 S. First St.

The free event includes "Tour de Hermiston," a 1 1/2-mile family bike ride with rewards at each checkpoint, a bike rodeo and helmet fitting, vendors and activities, a teddy bear clinic (bring a bear or get a new one) and a variety of screenings including hearing, vision, dental, foot, skin, cholesterol, blood pressure, cardiac risk, colorectal cancer, respiratory and stroke.
