Thomas Eugene Arnold, 91, of Pasco, died Sept. 21 at Agape Care Adult Family Home in Pasco.
He was born in Monett, Mo., and lived in Pasco since 2009.
He was a retired painter on the Tacoma Narrows Bridge for the Washington State Highways Department.
Life Tributes Cremation Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
