Tri-Cities Crime Stoppers and the Benton County Sheriff's Office is searching for a Richland woman wanted for failing to register as a sex offender.

Julia Ann Campbell, 42, is 5-foot-5, 120 pounds with blonde hair, hazel eyes and tattoos on her back, head, left ankle, left leg, left foot and left hand.

She has used the aliases Julia Ann Dinius and Julia Ann Greenwood.

Campbell is wanted for failing to register as a sex offender and three warrants for not complying with a court order.

Tri-Cities Crime Stoppers pays a cash reward of up to $1,000 for information that results in a felony arrest.

Anyone with information about Campbell's whereabouts can call 586-8477 or go to tricitiescrimestoppers.org. Tips can also be sent by text message by writing "Text TIP 411" plus the message to CRIMES (274637).
