A sex offender considered highly likely to reoffend has moved to a new home in Pasco.

Christian Vale Searcy, 52, told Franklin County sheriff's deputies he is living in the 400 block of South 22nd Avenue.

Searcy is 5-foot-7, 180 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

He was convicted in 1987 of first-degree rape in King County.

He is not wanted by police but he is classified as a Level 3 sex offender, which means he's required to tell authorities where he is living.

Information about Searcy and other registered sex offenders in Franklin County can be accessed online. Go to the Franklin County website at co.franklin.wa.us/sheriff and click on the Offender Watch box under registered sex offenders.
