Emergency sirens will be sounded between 8 and 11:30 a.m. today during an emergency drill at the Hanford nuclear reservation.
The drill will be held in the 300 Area one mile north of Richland, and people off the nuclear reservation may hear the sirens. Public address messages will be broadcast after the sirens sound to make clear the sirens are being used for a drill.
