Early risers Friday, take note: You can buy tickets during the day for that night’s Kennewick-Kamiakin football clash at Lampson Stadium.

Tickets will be available at Kamiakin from 8 a.m.-noon and at Kennewick from 12:30-3 p.m. The price is $5 for adults and $3 for students without ID.

These tickets likely will be a hot commodity. In The Associated Press state Class 3A football poll released Wednesday, the Braves are ranked No. 5, while the Lions are tied for 10th with Bonney Lake.

The game will help settle a tie for first place in the CBBN 3A. Kennewick and Kamiakin are 3-0 overall and 1-0 in league.

For those at home Friday night, SWX will televise the game live at 7:30 p.m. In the Tri-Cities, SWX can be seen over the air on Channel 25-3 or on Charter cable Channel 287. Dish Network and DirecTV do not carry SWX.
