If you've been dragging your feet and putting off drafting your will, establishing a trust or putting in place a durable power of attorney, a free seminar will be offered Sept. 21.

Columbia Basin College Foundation is holding a Wills and Estate planning seminar from 6 to 7:30 p.m. in "B" Building, Room 112, on the Pasco campus. Local attorneys Michael Froehlich and Mariah Wagar have volunteered their time and will give participants an opportunity to ask questions and get answers.
