I was looking at the Washington Lotto website and noticed that a winning ticket for $260,000 has not been claimed. It was purchased in Richland for a July 2011 drawing. There is also a $10,000 winner in Kennewick for a September 2011 drawing. What a shame to not claim this money in an economy where so many are hurting. It's time to dig through purses, paperwork, desk drawers, etc., to search for that ticket!
