Kennewick Irrigation District, 9 a.m., KID offices, 12 W. Kennewick Ave.: hear a presentation about Elliott Lake and Lorayne J water systems, and financial reports for August. There will be appointments to the Red Mountain South LID Design Committee and setting dates for special meetings regarding the assessment policy and the board of directors workshop. A closed-door session regarding legal risks of a proposed action and to consider a price for selling or leasing real estate also will be held.

Mid-Columbia Libraries Board, 5:30 p.m., 405 Dayton St., Keewaydin branch: closed-door session to discuss labor negotiations, and possible action on a collective bargaining contract.
