Clarence Andrew Martin, 84, of Burbank, died Sept. 16 in Richland.
He was born in Evansville, Ind., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 25 years.
He was a retired concrete specialist.
Einan's Funeral Home, Richland, is in charge of arrangements.
