PASCO -- Two Kennewick residents were injured in a crash five miles north of Pasco on Saturday, the Washington State Patrol said.

Judith E. McGarrity, 66, and Gilbert W. McGarrity, 65, were taken to Lourdes Medical Center in Pasco for treatment, troopers said.

Judith McGarrity was driving northbound on Highway 395 at 1:45 p.m. when a 2005 Lincoln Town Car driven by Jacquelin G. Long, 85, of Walla Walla, turned left from the southbound lane at Crestloch Road and struck McGarrity's 2008 Toyota Corolla.

Troopers said the accident was caused by a failure to yield.
