The Children's Reading Foundation of the Mid-Columbia on Thursday celebrated its 15th anniversary at an event that raised $84,000 for the nonprofit.
More than 300 guests attended the annual Books and Vines dinner and auction at Bookwalter Winery in Richland, said Brian Ace, executive director of the foundation.
Bechtel National sponsored the event, which means all proceeds raised went to the nonprofit.
