Two men, one woman and one teen, all of Richland, were arrested Friday on drug charges, Richland Police said.

Jason R. Hewett, 34, was arrested on investigation of two counts of distributing heroin within a block of an elementary school.

McKenzie Doan, 19, faces four counts of distributing heroin within a block of an elementary school.

And Richard L. Wellons, 40, was arrested on suspicion of three counts of delivering heroin within 400 feet of an elementary school.

The 16-year-old boy was arrested on investigation of possessing methamphetamine and two counts of delivery of marijuana.

The arrests were the culmination of three investigations; no other details were released.
