Drivers can expect delays on Clearwater Avenue in Kennewick between Tuesday and Nov. 15.
Work between Highway 395 and Edison Street will include lowering utility covers, grinding asphalt, paving, striping, signing and some work on pedestrian ramps. City officials expect some traffic delays and ask drivers to allow extra time for trips.
