Richard Lee Allen, 67, of Pasco, died Sept. 2 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland.
He was born in Pasco and lived in the Tri-Cities for more than 50 years.
He worked at Hanford as a construction engineer.
Hillcrest/Bruce Lee Memorial Center, Pasco, is in charge of arrangements.
