Donald A. Ziemer, 87, of Richland, died Aug. 21 at Brookdale Senior Living in Richland.
He was born in Kankakee, Ill., and lived in Richland for 24 years.
He was a retired substation operator for Commonwealth Edison.
Einan's Funeral Home, Richland, is in charge of arrangements.
