Felix D. Castaneda, 76, of Pasco, died Aug. 14 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland.
He was born in Crystal City, Texas, and lived in Pasco for six years.
He was a retired supervisor with Adams County Road Department.
Hillcrest/Bruce Lee Memorial Center, Pasco, is in charge of arrangements.
