Cynthia Van Holland, 47, was caught by Placer County sheriff's deputies after she robbed the Bank of the West in Auburn, Calif. Auburn is northeast of Sacramento.
Investigators on the FBI Safe Streets Task Forces in Seattle and Sacramento said they believe Van Holland is the Bad Hair Bandit.
