Dave Villwock blasted past the field in 3C, starting in lane three, and was first in and out of the east end turn.
Jeff Bernard in the U5 was second, holding off teammate Scott Liddycoat in the U7, who was third.
JW Myers in the U11 finished fourth.
"We tried working on an outside setup," said Villwock. "Guys are trying to run each other over with this crazy setup."
