We talked about how race teams might be a little annoyed that they haven't run a race yet today.

"We want people to be able to watch the races in about four hours and then go home," he said.

What Cole would like to see, though it would cost more money, is two sets of heats on Saturdays and two sets of heats and a final on Sunday.

"That gives people on Saturday something to watch rather than waiting until 4 p.m. for races," he said.
