Miranda Cosgrove, star of the popular Nickelodeon sitcom iCarly, is to perform this summer in Kennewick at the Riverfront Concert Series.

Cosgrove, who turns 18 on Saturday, is coming to Columbia Park on Aug. 19, according to Herald media partner KEPR TV.

The pop singer and actress will be on a tour in the Northwest, with scheduled performances the same week in Portland, Tacoma and Vancouver, British Columbia.

Cosgrove played a role in the Jack Black movie School of Rock in 2002. Then she was the little sister on the children's TV sitcom Drake & Josh, before landing the lead in the comedy iCarly, set in Seattle.

She sings the show's theme song Leave It All to Me, and her song Raining Sunshine was on the soundtrack to Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs in 2009. Her new single is Dancing Crazy.
