Check out the improvements on Clover Island during a celebration from 3:30 to 5 p.m. Thursday.
The Port of Kennewick reshaped the western shoreline of the island to improve salmon habitat, added new landscaping and a shoreline trail with three scenic viewpoints.
Festivities include a blessing ceremony, a ribbon-breaking and a public reception at the Lighthouse Plaza.
