AriAnne Blumenthal of Kirkland and Spencer Kraker of Redmond are planning a July 15 wedding at City Church in Kirkland.
She is the daughter of KaeRae and Jeff Biagini of Los Alamos, N.M., and Terry and Nena Blumenthal of Richland.
He is the son of Jennifer and Rick Kraker of Redmond.
