* 1982 -- Angus Bampton and Steve Witherell led the Columbia Basin College men's tennis team to a 7-0 victory over conference foe Walla Walla. Bampton won his match 6-3, 6-1, while Witherell won easily 6-2, 6-2 as the Hawks improved to 8-7 overall.
