Ciera Howard and Nic Windsor, both of Benton City, are planning a Sept. 17 wedding at Bethel Church in Richland.
She is the daughter of Michelle Bricker of Kennewick and Darren Howard of Benton City. He is the son of Cindy and Blan Windsor of Benton City.
