Kendell Huling, of West Richland, and James Millbauer, of Kennewick, are planning a June 25 wedding at the Shilo Inn in Richland.
Her parents are DeeDee Huling of Kennewick and the late Gary Huling. His parents are Noreen and Donald Millbauer of Port Ludlow.
