Jessica Marksmeier, of Burbank, and Douglas Novoa, of Oak Harbor, are planning an Oct. 1 wedding at the Moore Mansion in Pasco.
She is the daughter of Jennifer and Larry Marksmeier of Burbank. He is the son of Annette Nelson and Daryl Novoa, both of North Collins, N.Y.
