Donna and Richard Meyer, of Kennewick, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary April 16 with a catered luncheon at the Pasco Moose Lodge.

They were married April 15, 1961, in Richland.

They moved back to the Tri-Cities in 1968 from Reno, Nev.

Donna worked for the Kennewick School District for 12 years and retired from Fluor Hanford Company in 2006 after 15 years.

Richard was co-owner of Cascade Construction, where he was a cement finishing contractor retiring in 1997.

They have three children, Vonnie Nolan, Robin Hudson and Richie Meyer, all of Kennewick. They have three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
