Stacy Koelzer and Charlie Bradshaw, both of Burbank, are planning a July 23 wedding at the Cathedral of Joy in Richland.
She is the daughter of Terry and Tim Koelzer of Burbank. He is the son of Katie Dallas-Roberson of Benton City and Dan Bradshaw of Moses Lake.
