* 1990 -- Kyle Stancato retired all five batters he faced to record two saves in Columbia Basin College's 3-0, 8-6 doubleheader sweep of Clark College at Pasco's CBC Field.

* 1990 -- Sebastien Breton had five goals, Luke Rogers scored twice and had three assists, and David Bridges added two more goals as Tri-City Court Club's Bantam-Midget team won the league championship with a 10-2 beating of Contacts Unlimited at the Tri-Cities Coliseum. TCCC capped the season with a 15-1 record.

* 1959 -- Golf winners at the Tri-City Country Club for Tuesday's play were Mrs. Ralph Jeide, A division; Mrs. Gil Ackerman, B division; and Mrs. Ron Stulle, C division.
