Alisha Andrews and Jeff Nixon, both of Moscow, Idaho, are planning a summer wedding in Moscow.
She is the daughter of Neil and Laura Andrews of Cincinnati, Ohio, and the late Sandy Andrews. He is the son of Cheryl Nixon-Erickson and Todd Erickson of West Richland and the late John Nixon.
