Kimberly Tate of Pasco and Nathanial Clark of Pendleton are planning a July 23 wedding at Sandberg Event Center in West Richland.
She is the daughter of Devi and Warren Tate of Pasco. He is the son of Sherri and Jerry Anderson of LaGrande, Ore., and Eric and Jan Clark of Olympia.
