Tickets on sale for Kamiakin state title game

KENNEWICK -- Tickets for the Washington Interscholastic Activities Association's Class 3A state championship football game featuring Kamiakin vs. Bellevue are available.

Tickets may be purchased at Kamiakin High School at 601 N. Arthur St., Kennewick, in the main office today from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Thursday from 8 a.m. to noon.

Tickets are $15 for adults and $11 for students and seniors. Only cash will be accepted.

Kamiakin faces Bellevue at 4 p.m. Friday in the Tacoma Dome.

It is the second time in school history the Braves have advanced to the state championship in football, falling to Curtis in 1995.

Bellevue has won seven of the last nine Class 3A state titles.
