Nancy Pope, historian and head curator of the Smithsonian National Postal Museum, will explain how the museum is more than just stamp collecting.
She'll explain how exhibits are created and what happens behind the scenes.
Her free lecture is at 7 p.m. Wedneday in the East Building Auditorium at the Washington State University Tri-Cities, 2710 University Drive, Richland.
The lecture is part of Liberal Arts Season of Events.
