Quick hits
* Quick earned the starting QB job late in fall camp after a tight competition with Gallinger and Chris Hayes. He'll need to manage the offense and keep mistakes to a minimum.
* McKinney leads a trio of talented running backs -- along with Robinson and Reynolds -- that all have big-play potential. McKinney will get 60-70 percent of touches on offense.
* Interior line play will set the tone for Bombers, who are expecting a lot from senior core. Teats will lead an aggressive defense.
* Jason Distafano, a former WSU assistant, steps in as DL coach, while former Prosser standout Josh Jelinek will work with the OL.
Outlook: Richland is just itching to shake off a disappointing season in 2010 that fell short of expectations. A proud core of linemen will make sure the Bombers do just that.
