Custom painting studio to open in Kennewick

Chell Design Studio will hold a grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony Friday, June 11.

The program runs from 10 a.m. to noon at 11 S. Benson St., Suite A, in downtown Kennewick.

Visitors will be able to meet artist/owner Michelle Allgaier, staff, and tour the studio. Light refreshments will be served.

Chell Design provides a wide array of services for clients including custom painting, trompe l’oeil and decorative murals, faux painting and dimensional effects for furniture and other surfaces. The studio plans to offer classes and workshops.

“My hope is that the new studio will serve the community as a place for artistic inspiration, education and self-expression,” Allgaier said.
