Allegiant Air today inaugurated its nonstop service between Pasco and Los Angeles.
The new flights operate on Thursday and Sunday, departing the Tri-Cities at 10:20 a.m. and arriving in Los Angeles at 12:40 p.m. Flights leave Los Angeles at 7:20 a.m. and arrive in the Tri-Cities at 9:40 a.m.
"We are pleased to welcome Allegiant's newest nonstop service from Pasco to LA, said Jim Morasch, director of the Tri-Cities Airport. "This service will not only provide our traveling public with easier access to the many tourist attractions and business centers in the Los Angeles area, but passengers in the Southwest will now have direct access to the heart of Washington Wine Country and the many recreational opportunities that abound in Eastern Washington."
To celebrate the new flight, the company is offering special $79.99 one-way fares and extended hotel stays. The offers are subject to certain conditions. For example, the special fare doesnt include taxes and fees and is not available on all flights. Also, tickets need to be purchased by June 16 for travel to be completed by Jan. 31.
