KENNEWICK -- Think you can do construction with canned foods and other nonperishable packaged foods?
You can test your skills when Second Harvest Tri-Cities and ConAgra Foods bring "Fight Hunger ... Build Hope 2010" (formerly Canstruction) to Columbia Center mall in Kennewick.
There will be an informational meeting at 8 a.m. Wednesday in the mall's food court for those interested in participating.
The structures will be built May 19 and remain on display through June 11, when they will dismantled and the food distributed to food banks.
Team opportunities are still available but registrations must be received by May 7.
