MOSES LAKE -- Katie Garfield will be crowned Miss Rodeo Washington at a dinner at 6 p.m. Feb. 27 at the Big Bend Community College Advanced Technologies Education Center.
She won the Miss Rodeo Washington title at a pageant held over Labor Day weekend last year in Ellensburg.
Garfield, of George, is an honors graduate of Quincy High School. She is a student at Yakima Valley Community College studying nursing.
The dinner event will also include silent and live auctions and Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association queens and rodeo guests from throughout the Northwest will attend.

Little, a junior at Kamiakin High School, is the daughter of Robert and Rachel Little of Kennewick. As Miss Teen Rodeo Washington, she will served as a goodwill ambassador around the state for the sport of professional rodeo.
