Health officer to speak to Republican women

Dr. Larry Jecha will be the guest speaker at a Tri-Cities Republican Women's Club dinner at 6 p.m. Monday.

Jecha is the public health officer for the Benton-Franklin Health District and will talk about the purpose of responsibilities of the district and its financial situation.

Dinner is at 6 p.m. at Tony Roma's Restaurant, 8551 Gage Blvd., Kennewick, followed by Jecha's talk at 7 p.m.
