Foreclosed properties in Benton County are going to be auctioned online.
The online auction will occur at bid4assets.com/benton between Dec. 7-9.
This is the first time foreclosed properties in Benton County will be auctioned online. Benton County is the second county in Washington to hold its annual auction of foreclosed real estate on the Internet, according to bid4assets.com.
Benton County Treasurer Duane Davidson contracted with the firm to conduct the online auction, where 30 foreclosed properties will be auctioned. Minimum bids will be as low as $966, and no deposit will be required to bid.

WALLA WALLA -- The southern portion of the former Blue Mountain Mall property will be on the auction block Nov. 2.
Walla Walla is moving forward with an order of sale signed Sept. 15 by Walla Walla County Superior Court Judge Donald W. Schacht and will seek a little more than $500,000 as the minimum bid for the property, according to the latest filing.
