River View 24, Okanogan 21

By the Herald staff

OKANOGAN -- Matt Wilhelm rushed for a 1-yard touchdown in the fourth quarter to pull River View out of a 21-17 deficit and earn a victory over Okanogan in the 1A state playoffs.

"We went in at halftime, and it seemed like everything we were doing wasn't going our way," said Panthers coach Brett Jay. "We challenged our players and they played relentless, and with so much heart and determination."
