KENNEWICK -- The Tri-Cities Fever roster added another familiar face, signing linebacker/receiver Chris Hemphill.
Hemphill played in seven games for the Fever last season, and finished fifth in total tackles. He was also second on the team with five interceptions, including one in each of the last four games.
The University of Washington product also caught the game-winning touchdown pass against Stockton -- ending the Fever's six-game losing streak to start the season.
Hemphill is the fourth player to sign with coach Pat O'Hara for the upcoming season, joining defensive backs DeVon Walker, Jamie Hattley and Ray Little.
