PENDLETON -- Keystone RV Company has purchased two former Fleetwood Travel Trailers manufacturing plants in Pendleton.
Fleetwood declared bankruptcy in March and shut down its travel trailer division, including sites in Pendleton and La Grande.
Keystone President Ron Fenech, in a news release, called the acquisition a "natural move" for the Indiana-based company.
Keystone operates three production facilities in the Pendleton area producing Cougar, Springdale, Hornet and Energy models.
