An adult and two juveniles accused of slashing tires and breaking windows of about 35 cars Halloween night in Kennewick have been jailed.
Jonathan J. Kozelisky, 25, of Kennewick, has been arrested on suspicion of malicious mischief, according to Kennewick police. Police did not name the juveniles, but said they lived in Pasco and also may face malicious mischief charges.
The vandalism spree caused an estimated $10,000 damage to cars parked mostly in the area between West 23rd and West 16th avenues and between South Beech and South Rainier streets.
