Mr. Leo Voit was feeding the chickens in his yard when something hit him on the seat of his pants and annexed itself so firmly to him that he was unable to dislodge the creature until his neighbor dispatched the coyote with a hammer. A large bandanna in his pocket prevented the animal's teeth from causing injury.
