Oregon workshops aimed at parents

The Umatilla-Morrow Education Service District will sponsor two free workshops Nov. 16 aimed at helping parents of children with disabilities.

The first, "Are We There Yet? Moving To and Through Adulthood With a Disability" is from 1 to 3 p.m. "Behavior and the IEP: Supporting Students, Understanding Systems" is from 6 to 8 p.m.

Both workshops will be held in the Juniper Room at the UMESD. Registration is required to attend. To register, contact Robin Wortman, 888-891-6784 or e-mail rwortman @orpti.org.
