Hanford High music students selling tickets

By the Herald staff

The instrumental music department at Hanford High School in Richland is having a drawing for a side of beef to raise money for a trip to the Bands of America Western Regional in Utah.

Tickets for the drawing are $5. The beef was donated by Hanna Ranch and is grass-fed.

The drawing is 7 p.m. Thursday at the school's Stadium Echoes Concert.

Tickets are available from band students or by e-mailing director Kevin Swisher at kevin.swisher@rsd.edu.
