A Level 3 sex offender considered highly likely to reoffend is living in Benton County, but doesn't have a permanent address.
Justin Levi Linville had been living in West Richland. Linville is 5-foot-8, 180 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.
He was convicted of first-degree child molestation in 1997, and communication with a minor for immoral purposes in 1998 and 2002. All three convictions were in Benton County.
Linville is not wanted by police, but is required to tell them where he is living.

Kennewick police also have a meeting each month to provide information about registered sex offenders and to share information about how residents can keep their families safe.
The meetings are at 6 p.m. on the second Wednesday of each month at the police station, 211 W. Sixth Ave., Kennewick.
