The city of Richland invites residents to learn about the proposed 2010 city budget, capital facility priorities and 2009 accomplishments at a town hall meeting from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday at the city shops, 2700 Duportail.
Attendees will learn about the city's finances during a question-and-answer session.
City council members and senior staff members will be available to answer questions; light refreshments will be available.
Richland CityView, cable channel 13, will televise the meeting live.
